Terrace
The beautiful white pillars of Carlton House Terrace
overlook the Mall. The huge building was designed by John Nash and built
in 1827-32. Today it houses the Royal Society, The Royal College of
Pathologists and the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, among
other organizations. |
